Our clients on this project wanted designs for two new buildings to be used as flexible family accommodation and guest houses within the large grounds of their home overlooking the River Yealm in South Devon.
We took two existing buildings within their grounds and developed designs for replacement dwellings, with clean modern lines and crisp contemporary materials, to sit comfortably within the garden setting of the historic main house but also be clearly legible as distinct architectural pieces in their own right.
